Hello Friends.
I have some small radius 15 1/2" 3-rail curves made by Lionel USA, will most vintage 0 gauge Marklin Locomotives run on this ?
It makes a 31" diameter circle with 8 pieces joined together , i also have lots of straights also.

Regards Neil.

Hi Neil,

31"=78cms, Märklins regular circle is listed with 75 cm diameter. All smaller locos run on that circle. Only the big Pacific's and other locomotives of that size need the larger 122cms (48") circle (12 rails).

Regards

Markus

Hi Markus.
Thanks for the advice on small radius curves, i have a CS66 swiss loco and i think this will also run on small curves, what do you think?

Hi Neill,

A CS runs on the regular circle. The models which need the large circle are described in the catalogues as "only for large circle".

Regards

Markus
